Asking customers for feedback on council performance in relation to services or other aspects of council business.
Berwick-Upon-Tweed Borough Council is committed to seeking the views of residents, visitors and interested parties and to taking these into account when developing and delivering service improvements. Such consultation will be undertaken through a variety of mechanisms which may be service specific, geographic or general applicable to all Council services. Consultation may be undertaken along with partners and will be organised to provide best value for the organisation.
Development of consultation will take into account guidance issued for use by officers.
The Council welcome feedback on services at any time. This can be directed to any officer of the Council or through Rob Marriner, director of Environment and Chair of the Customer Service Working Group (CSWG). The remit of this Group includes consideration of action to improve customer service.
