Assisted refuse collection
Assisted refuse collection is a free service we offer if you are physically unable to move your wheeled bin to your collection point and have no able bodied person living with you. Arrangements can be made for the refuse collectors to wheel the bin out for collection and return it when it has been emptied. Each case is assessed individually and you will need to complete an application form and submit it to the Environmental Health and Enforcement Unit.
