Dogs - registration
Dangerous dogs (certain breeds) need to be registered - this is a service usually carried out by the local police. Some authorities may operate a voluntary dog registration scheme which will enable the dog to be returned to its owner if lost.
Berwick-upon-Tweed Borough Council
does not operate a registration scheme.
Persons needing to register a dog should contact their local police station.
