Housing allocations - hard to let/easy access properties
A dwelling is defined as 'Hard to Let', when there have been three offers refused or where there are no suitable applicants on the waiting lists for the type of property in that area . The authority will advertise 'Hard to Let' properties actively seeking applications to live in them. Priority will be given to applicants already on the Housing Register.
