Finance clinics were introduced in May 2007 to support effective financial management at the Council. The most recent financial position will be reported regularly to this Committee at the earliest meeting following the monthly financial clinics.

3.1
The attached report contains actual net expenditure summarised by Service Area as at the end of July 2007.
3.2
The attached report contains revised estimates that reflect decisions taken at Policy Committee in July 2007 and Council in August 2007.
3.3
General fund capital expenditure, housing capital and revenue expenditure will be added to future reports.
3.4
The July report was tabled at the Corporate Services Sub Committee and explained to Members
