1	Summary
1.1	Re submission of Draft Service plans for consideration.
2	Recommendation
2.1	Members are asked to consider the resubmitted service plans presented with this report and to agree proposed activities where considered appropriate and recommend associated bids for inclusion in the budget bidding process

3.1	The draft service plans attached are presented for consideration in the newly adopted format. Data missing from the original submissions has been added. Proposals for growth are presented in Project Brief format within the Service Business Plan, to inform budget allocation for the next financial year.
3.2	Members are asked to consider which activities should be undertaken within the resources available and whether budget bids should be promoted to the budget building process with the support of this Committee.
