DECISIONS: (i) To agree the “Access Strategy and DDA Policy” statement;
(ii) To agree the actions as set out in Schedule 2 at a commitment of £42,750.00; and
(iii) To agree the approach as set out in Schedule 2 for the assets shown under “Policy Decision Required”, but also to discuss with Horncliffe Parish Council the future of Horncliffe public convenience.

DECISIONS: (i) To agree to continue to pursue the need to complete the dualling of the A1 Trunk Road on both sides of the Border; and
(ii) To continue to press both the Highways Agency and GONE for clarification on the status of the dualling scheme between West Mains and Bridge Mill.
