3 EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
The Committee are asked to consider passing the following resolution:
'That under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the Meeting during consideration of the following items on the grounds that they would involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I Schedule 12A of the Act:
Item 3: Paragraph 7: Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (other than the authority).
PART II
The Press and Public are likely to be requested to leave the meeting during consideration of the items set out in Part II of this Agenda.
4 APPLICATION FOR THE REVOCATION OF A DRIVER’S HACKNEY CARRIAGE DRIVER’S LICENCE

Purpose:
To make a determination as to whether the Hackney Carriage Driver’s Licence of a licensed Hackney Carriage Driver should be revoked, suspended or subjected to any other action, having heard evidence and submissions from such persons as may be concerned in the matter.
Members are reminded of their responsibility
to sign the Attendance Sheet in compliance with the Rules of Procedure.
