Licence - alcohol
The retail sale of alcohol or supply of alcohol by a qualifying club is a licensable activity under the Licensing Act 2003 and requires permission by way of a premises licence, club premises certificate or a temporary event notice, unless it takes place in an exempt premise.
If you wish to apply for a premises licence or to issue a temporary event notice we can provide advice and the necessary forms and guidance are available on the website of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
