Licence - amusement (with prizes)
In accordance with the Gaming Act 196 8 and the Lotteries and Amusement Act 1976 any occupier or prospective occupier of amusement parks, arcades and other premises on which amusements with prizes will be provided, must first obtain a permit issued by the Borough Council.
