Licence - private club - late hours
The sale and supply of alcohol and / or the provision of regulated entertainment by a qualifying club requires a club premises certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.
If a qualifying club wishes to apply for a club premises certificate we can provide advice and the necessary forms and guidance are available on the website of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
