Licence - late hours catering
The provision of hot food and / or hot drink between 11pm and 5am the following morning is a licensable activity under the Licensing Act 2003, subject to certain exceptions, and requires either a premises licence or a temporary event notice.
If you wish to apply for a premises licence or to issue a temporary event notice we can provide advice and the necessary forms and guidance are available on the website of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
