Licence - lottery
Societies raising money for charity, sports and other similar purposes (not for personal or commercial reasons) by small lotteries, raffles or anything of a similar description are required to register with their local authority.
If you wish to hold a small lottery , raffle or anything of a similar description we can provide advice and the necessary forms and guidance are available on the website of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
