In a letter Vernon Coaker MP said:
“I would like to congratulate you and all the local partners working with you to reduce crime and enhance community safety on this excellent record of delivery over the past six months, and to thank you for your continued hard work on this vital area of public service delivery.”
The CDRP was praised for its continued high performance in reducing crime especially anti-social behaviour.
Chair of the CDRP Executive Group Jane Pannell said:
“We are delighted that the Home Office has commended us for the hard work undertaken by all the partners to tackle crime and disorder within the Borough. Our projects continue to be innovative and forward thinking and many other CDRPs across the country are using them.
“I’d like to thank everyone who has contributed and we look forward to continuing to ensure that the residents of the Borough feel safe and can access services which help to make their lives crime and disorder free,” she said.
