The Council has been notified that an inquiry into the recent appeal against the Council's refusal of planning permission to create a wind farm at Wandylaw Farm, will commence on Tuesday, 16th September 2008 and is anticipated to last eight days. The venue for the inquiry is the Berwick Rugby Club at Scremerston, which is two and a half miles to the south of the town of Berwick-upon-Tweed.

The pre-inquiry meeting will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Monday 14th July 2008; the venue for the pre-inquiry meeting will be the hall of the Berwick United Reform Church in Middle Street, Spittal, Berwick-upon-Tweed.
